Kleer Pro is the premiere tier offering that makes managing your membership plan even easier by connecting directly to your PMS. Since being released in January 2023, we have continued to add new features to the tier that are designed to help your practice build and run a successful subscription-based membership plan. That means less data entry, tab-switching, and data-glitching and more practice growth and free time for your whole team.
Kleer Pro works by syncing with your practice management software (PMS) to enable automation features that are designed to grow your membership plan and business. With features like automatic payment posting and auto marketing, your team will gain back time to focus on other important aspects of your dental business.

With Kleer Pro you can automatically:
- Post and balance Kleer subscription payments directly to your PMS
- Populate patient data (name, address, email, phone) during the enrollment process
- Track membership plan status to easily verify eligibility during patient visits and ensure benefits are used within the 12-month period
- Automatically identify and market to uninsured and dormant patients in your PMS
Engage dormant and uninsured patients with automated marketing
We understand every practice runs differently. With Kleer Pro, you’re in total control. When you enable automatic marketing, you have the ability to view, edit, and choose which campaign(s) to turn on and market to patients.
Kleer then identifies patients in your PMS that are a good fit for your membership plan and sends personalized email and/or SMS messages. These patients include:
- Active (visited your practice in the last year) Uninsured (no insurance)
- Dormant (not active) Uninsured
- Dormant Insured (have record of an insurer, but it has likely changed)
To keep it simple, the automated marketing provides two email campaigns:
- Announcement Campaign: Five emails across 90 days to non-member patients to announce your membership plan.
- Seasonal Campaign: One email each quarter of the year to each non-member patient to remind them of the availability of your membership plan offering.
Kleer also tracks the response rates and results of each campaign to show you the impact it has on your success.
Put your practice brand front and center
Personalize the member experience by adding your brand colors, logos, and images. Practices can extend their brand directly to patients across the entire membership plan experience - from the landing page, enrollment process, to downloadable or printed materials, and the patient portal, patients will interact with your brand.

Can my practice integrate with Kleer?
The Kleer platform can integrate with 90% of all practice management software (PMS). Our proprietary integration solution, Kleer Intelligence™, allows us to develop and add functionalities faster to dramatically improve membership plan management, tracking, and results. New and existing customers can access Kleer Intelligence features when upgrading to Kleer Pro, our premium tier.
What PMS solutions do not integrate with Kleer?
We are actively working on expanding our integration capabilities, so that all customers can be equipped with the tools to do their jobs better, faster, and more efficiently while improving the quality of care for patients. We are not yet integrated with the following PMS solutions: Carestack, Dentisoft, Dentrix Ascend, Fuse, iDentalSoft, and Ora. You can always check with us for the most up to date list.
Can I access Kleer Pro features without integrating?
Practices who are interested in accessing Kleer Pro features outside of Kleer Intelligence, such as Kleer Employee Care, Brand Personalization, and Enhanced Support and Growth Services, can still enjoy these benefits.
